Yes, it does say who or what for a reason, however, that does not in any way imply a choice between two different possible answers; there is only one correct answer.

Ok, I had to do an eenie-meenie-miney-moe on this one. In my opinion there are 2 correct answers...I just hope I put the right one in. Although being as there are more than a few people as confused as I am, I would like to think that both answers would be accepted as correct. I mean, the question does say WHO or WHAT?
