Keshi, thank you for commenting, and yes, I agree, the new reborn keeto does resemble the others, but there are inconsistencies within the remaining 'special' colors. The galactic keeto at least to me, has bangs long enough to fall over it's eye, the spectrum has pointy paws. Enough said, it's all a work in progress. <br />

I loved the art of the reborn keeto. I thought it was one of the best drawn pets on the site, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would agree with me in that aspect. Maybe its my belief that they should ask the users what needs a revamp and what doesn't. I think changing the keeto was a big mistake, I'm sorely going to miss it. <img src="http://images.subeta.org/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" />
The reason I liked the old Reborn Keeto was because it looked so different from the other Keetos. I thought the reborn Keeto had a unique look, and I like when the potions transform the pets into something that looks different. Why would we want to spend 3m+ on a pet that looks pretty much exactly like the rest of the species? Sometimes it's good to have things a little different..
If a redraw does not match it species, then it needs a revamp. If the art is out dated, it needs a revamp.<br />

There are <strong>plenty</strong> of other pets that needed a revamp, and the reborn keeto is not one. Why not revamp the reborn swampie or reborn dragarth? Those to me desperately need a revamp.
Why are things that don't need to be redrawn being updated? I wish the users /with/ the pets would actually be able to choose the updates they'd like. It doesn't make sense to have 1500 people vote for something new just for the heck of it when they don't even own the pet.

Seriously a lot of you people do not understand the phrase "constructive criticism" at all. =/ Sure the Keeto may need some teaking with a few things but it actually looks like a keeto. If some of you would stop really awesome cool fun person ing and start actually pointing out what you actually don't like in a better manner then maybe the artist would be more inclined to do some changes rather then just be insulted with rude comments like "YOU RUINED MY PET, NOW I HAVE TO GO GET A NEW ONE DDD;" I think we all can do better then that come on.<br />

This is my first time drawing a reborn pet, first keeto redraw I have done and first front on profile drawing, so it may have some flaws.<br />

Oh dear. I had to force a refresh before the new Keeto look kicked in for me, and I have to agree with ChibiSkyNook. It's well done, of course, Subeta has awesome artists, but the majesty has pretty much left it.<br />

SignoreFuoco (LordFire) will have to shop for a new species look, I see. This may be evil looking, as several have pointed out, but it's not a masculine look at all. I'm sure it will suit many, but for those of us who chose the regal elegance of the former look, a new species is definitely in order.

I too feel the Keeto has lost some of it's majesty. The art is not bad, it just no longer has the same aura. Something about the almost heavy lines and the heads size/position just feels too different. It took a lot of trial and error to settle on a look for my Thesan. She was named for the Etruscan Goddess of Dawn and I originally went with dawn colors, but just fell in love with the reborn keeto and so worked and saved to color my girl. The revamp, while still well done for the most part, just misses some of that strong, almost aloof feel that the previous one had. I will miss my Thesan's old look.

They're fine and in response to the Reborn Keeto: If you think you can do better, do it. You can overlap the default picture on your pet's profile with some very simple CSS.

I really like the revamp cause of the colouring and the leg/facial markings, but I don't like how it's portrayed. The last one seemed to hold this heir of authority and mystery. The new one...seems different from it, but I'm not sure how to explain it.<br />
I'm not really fond of the positioning of the side furrish thingies, I liked them the old way and I also liked the bangs over the eye. I like the new colours, however. The old reborn keeto's colours were too light.<br />
The fire also seems really curly and...jester-like. o_o<br />
It would also be nice if the glowy pupiless eye was back too.<br />

The keeto isn't beautiful anymore. <img src="http://images.subeta.org/smilies/smiley_angryface.gif" border="0" /> Before, it looked like a king/queen, and now.. It just looks like a cat who got set on fire. I miss most of the features, but most of all the eye. If the keeto now had the previous eye, or even intensity of expression, it would make up for the loss of beauty. Now it looks childish, and it doesn't even LOOK like a keeto. Where's the passion? Now, the thing I want to seriously complain about are the flames. They're ugly, no offense. They don't match the overall keeto. They're too curly, and as stated before, childish looking. It doesn't flow, it doesn't look natural, it doesn't please the eye. <img src="http://images.subeta.org/smilies/smiley_angryface.gif" border="0" /> Sorry to the artist, but this would be a disappointment for me.

Even though I love the Keeto, I miss the fringe and puffy cheeks. The stare it has is awesome though. However, to me it doesn't look like it has enough... majestic-ness? Its personality differs from the other ones. Somehow. o-o But I love it anyway (it needed the revamp!) The ontra is cool too. What nightmare to getttt.
love the new ontra but there's something about the keeto that doesn't sit right...the body looks great but the head seems to be just sitting on top of the flames..it seems disconnected to me somehow, like it doesn't quiet fit with the rest of the body...*shrugs* other than that it looks great!!
My poor Keeto! I REALLY loved the old version better, but I'm sure after awhile I will grow to love this new version even more. I loved the serious expression on the old one, and the face. That was more of my own little likeness though. I guess if I had to say how well I think the new one is drawn I'd give it 100 out of 10. Thank You for the new Keeto!
