What is it with everyone challenging people with criticism to do better? Point is, it's not the users' jobs to release the art, but they are entitled to give feedback on the pet.<br /> I'd like those who keep on saying it to come up with some better way to shoot down the people who have different opinions, because it ain't working. D| The artists always ask for criticism and feedback, and I see nothing about what people are saying here that merits being told off. <br /><br />

While the velosotor is particularly bulky and more t-rex than raptor, the art is so frickin amazing. It's not petsite art. It's ART that we happen to get on a petsite because Subeta is just that amazing. Artist, are you proud of yourself? Because you should be.

I don't ahve to be a baseball pro to recognize a bad swing, or a master cermaicist (lol, what?) to know your pottery is crooked. Same goes for art. You don't have to be a great artist to see that something is off or doesn't look right, alright? I'm pretty sure that for all of us here, whether we tried for the artist positions or not, would appreciate and critique we give to be listened to and be appreciated, even though we aren't artists on the site.<br />

I think Bloodreds NEED revamps. I can't wait to see the antlephore, I think it needed to be changed bad. The Velosotor looks t-rex-ish, perfect for it's species. Wow, the sheeta is phenomenal in my opinion. The other one looks a bit like it's doing a 1 armed hand stand to me, but great shading, lines and I love the eye! shudders

I think the velocitor looks great except the head looks kind of unbalanced. It would be nice if the head were broader at the base and narrower at the front, IMO. But I like the overall effect. I think the art for the sheeta is quite nice, it's not something that really grabs me personally, but I think that's just a personal preference thing.

Thanks for agreeing, Powerwing_Amber. Everyone else seems to have been brainwashed from the realism and the blood. No matter how much I may like it, though, a pet is a pet. you usually don't change the whole skeletal structure of a pet when it's changed into a new colour, it's almost always just the features of that pet which change. I'm not upset about anything but the skull, really. Just because in such a pose on one leg, it'd probably end up kicking itself in the head with it's hind foot and tumbling over due to the force and weight shift. Wouldn't be so scary and cool-looking after that. ;3 I just think.. You guys should have kept the velosotor skull in mind (or, if anything considering the VELOsotor is more similar to a VELOciraptor just use a velociraptor head as a reference), instead of making it look like some creature that doesn't actually exist on subeta. Truthfully, the bloodred version doesn't turn the velosotor into a very swift creature at all. dangerous, sure, but slow, bulky, and not that much of a threat, unless it finds something already dead to eat. =/

It is very beautifully done, I love the scary eye and the teeth, and the blood just can't get anymore realistic than that. However, I just can't turn my Gnawty into one since now, it has more of the appearance of a t-rex, rather than a velociraptor. I loved the fact that sickle claws are show, but on the Bloodred, you can barely see them. Plus, the pose is odd, so you can't see the foreclaws either. <img src="http://images.subeta.org/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" /> This pose would work better for, perhaps... a Nightmare version of it, but not for a Bloodred. That's my opinion on it anyway. What happened to the Velosotor? It just looks so.. different. So different from all the others, that is. =/ It's a great image, don't get me wrong.. but it's totally different from the latest revamp. this one's for a t-rex sort of anatomy. big ole boxy thick snout with gobs of teeth and a huge head that probably doesn't support it's body all that well, compared to the slender tapering snout of the other shades. I know it's perspective and angles, but still. It just looks totally different from the other velosotor colours. eh. maybe it's just me. but the head does seem muy different to me. x_X Great job on both pets, though.

The shape of the Velosotor's head looks more tyrannosaurid than dromaeosaurid, which fits the aggression of Bloodred rather well. I'm going to kind of miss the bloody handprint of the old version, though.

Anyone who has seen nature shows with Ram type creatures fighting/ramming each other knows the pose of the sheeta is spot on in my book, looks like he's getting ready to ram right into something and tear it all up. As to it being too wide, these types of animals have to have a lot of strength in the neck and shoulders area and it looks muscular. Just my opinion though as I love them both.

Haha, I can relate to Eternal_Flame aswell. I didn't see the limbs at first and though "what the heck is THAT Bloodred pet?" I thought it was a Torrent or something, which sort of makes sense because they kind of look alike (the BR versions, that is), but I knew there was already a BR Tor so I thought they had revamped it again or something. XD
