HAHAHAHHA! this is just hilarious! the recycle beast actually THINKS that someone is going to give him the jar or dirt that is a UB and that many people just want for themselves. hahaha, so funny.

I don't think it's permanent. The reset times are off. Recycle Beast is coming up 5 hours early, and the rest of the site is also resetting 5 hours early. Quests and stuff reset last night at 7:00 instead of midnight.
