Awww, I think it's really cute and the color scheme is good too.. xD But about the chibi, I'm sure my request isn't going to change much, but considering that the chibi Ruffie doesn't look much like old ruffie to begin with (I suppose it was because Ruffie is so chibilike/puppylike/cute to begin with, they thought he had to be very, very chibi in chibi form) I would like if the colors were only changed in the chibi? ^^; Since the art is good and the concept is probably one of the cutest chibi pets on the site.. xD But that's just me ^^;

Isn't it a little late to be offering constructive criticism? When the polls were open, sure, let the artist know how you would like the revamp to be tweaked. But the pet is released now, and I don't think it's going to get changed for a while, even if some people still find fault with it.

On the topic of constructive critism..I might as well make a few ;3 Because when it's constructive, it does help the artist. I'd know, since I'm one myself{Not a proffesional one with a degree, but I'm working on that ;P No spite at those who do have a degree. Good for you, really ^^ I hope to be like you one day}.<br />

The right paw seems a little...odd. Just slightly. You can see all three toes, giving off the illusion it's bending the paw towards the screen instead of just lifting it up. The tails a little...'stiff'; it could use a little more curve.<br />

On the other hand, I personally adore the color combination of the common. The blue-brown is such a rare combination that is rather hard to pull off, but you choice just the right shades to make it look dazzling. The fat and short legs deffinatly expresses the puppy-look, which is wonderful. The eyes are lively and inoccent, but not so much it gives off the allusion of being 'chibi'. It's just a child-like glint, not quite chibi but still adorable. The ears are just to die for{I love fluffy floppy ears} and the markings are deffinatly attractive.<br />

As an art student of 18 years, I must say that your line of thinking Blankie makes me sad. You as a student should know that such rudeness still hurts whether or not the artist shows it. Constructive criticism is just that, constructive. These are made to help an artist improve or have in mind for next time. Rude comments such as your repeated ones I know I would not welcome. I believe most of the subeta community doesn't welcome them. (from most I have talked to anyway) I don't see anyone liking them in real life either. I ask if you would, please keep rude comments to yourself. Now to the revamp, Great job Rah! I love them and so does my roommate who is reading over my shoulder. And actually I've had people say much worse things about my artwork and really, I know that means its unsuccessful and I probably failed at my objective. I take things like that in stride, and let it better me as an artist. Ask anyone who's had formal art education, no one's trying to keep your feelings from getting hurt (=life).

As an art student in NYC, I know that every professional artist knows how to deal with crits. The artists on this site are well-groomed, talented creators, I am sure they can handle getting their feathers ruffled. I'm allowed not to like something, and I'm allowed to say so. I agree that an artist has to take constructive criticism. It just seems there are a lot of OMG I HATE THIS comments on this one. Blankies4 had some explanation as to why she didn't like it but then went off to say that everyone was stupid if they liked it. And then there are comments where people just say that it's the worst revamp and offer no explanation why.<br />

I just noticed how amusing the Glacier one’s expression is when I was looking through the Ruffie's colors. XD Rah, you aren't changing the Galactic or the Glacier, are you? Because I don’t think either of those colors have been redrawn yet in any of the revamps since the art is so pretty and shiny.

I have several pets that I liked the original version of more, so that's what I did (and I actually paid millions of sp to potion them, too, so that would have been a pretty valid reason to complain had I done so).

Okay, I am officially ticked you changed the once-adorable-cuddly-cute Ruffie to this semi-realistic, ugly-colored demon-like canine. I'm glad I picked a cute pet to adopt only for it to turn into a monsterous mess, after I spent so much time and money building his levels and intellegence. Everyone seems to think the new Ruffie re-vamp is so great, well they're stupid. I picked my pet because it had a cute childlike quality that the other pets lack. This is a major dissapointment and I regret adopting this pet because of this horrid change.
