As I recall, if you have, say, a Nuclear Kanis, and you bought this and turned the pet into a Feli, it would turn it into a Nuclear Feli wouldn't it? Even though that colour doesn't exist? I remember people doing that before with other non-existing colours.

I'd just like take this opportunity to remind anyone who is planning on buying this to change one of their existing pets to an experiment pet to make sure that the pet they're using this potion on is already common first, otherwise they won't show up at all unless you turn them... Scribble. Don't make the same mistake I did with Commedia, especially since the Common Potion still doesn't work. <img src="http://www.subeta.org/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_sad.gif" border="0" />

Well, that certainly saves me some Cash. I was going to buy 4-6 CPs today but since it's gone I'm not interested in anything else.
It would be cheaper to use an elixir on your pet and recolor it than to buy this thing anyway. -shrugs-

If I'm not mistaken it lets you change the species of your pet to any of the existing species. Without changing it's color ^^
