I really appreciate it when you let us know about the downtime instead of just taking the site down without any warning.

I can't be leave people complain. It was only down for a day. =/ It doesn't bug me when the site goes down. I have lots of places on line that I hang out at. =3 Besides the down time is to make the site better so its for the good. Keep up the good work Keith! =3

At least Keith told us ahead of time and apologized if it causes any problems. He could have just let the site go down without a word, but instead he gave us a heads up of what to expect. If you thought it'd be a smart idea to activate a Gold Account with all these recent downtimes happening, it's your fault you lost some days. Seriously. And like Woofchan said, it's a measly sixteen or so cents. Now if it had been a weeklong downtime, I would understand you wanting extra days, but for one day it seems a bit ridiculous. That and you're expecting a giveaway because the site went down? The staff was working to get subeta back up, but users think they deserve a giveaway. What for? Complaining about downtime and threatening to leave?

HeyHey now, 16 cents or not, it was a full day that we could not log in, scheduled or not. An extra day is something I'll never turn down especially if it's paid for in cash. XD Do I expect a refund each time the site goes down? No. But it's always nice to be compensated there.

to all the people who keep telling everyone to go get lives, you might think about the fact that people who actually do have lives might not be on subeta the few mins in between downtime that its actually working, i for example havent been able to get on for almost 3 days because i dont have the time to come check if its working every hour. everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and if you notice there are always way more people complaining about other people complaining.

Jeez, you people are so ungrateful. =_= Be happy that the site works NOW and seriously, it was a DAY of the site being off and o, you people obviously have no lives whatsoever if you cannot live without subeta for ONE MEASLY DAY.
And to you people with GA's, just STOP being so picky about ONE DAY of not being able to go on a site. It's 5 dollars. FIVE DOLLARS for a month. You lost SIXTEEN CENTS, oh my gosh the world is now going to end for you BOOHOO. Do you really need a 1 day extension to satisfy you? And we do not need a giveaway either, it's one thing if it's 2 weeks, but for ONE DAY that is ridiculous. THere is already a nice person who has made a giant giveaway at the donation center already.
Now that that is over, thank you so much subetateam and Keith for letting us know beforehand, and ignore these ungrateful losers who cannot live without subeta for one day and must complain about it when you guys already have enough problems! c:
Sorry if this offends any of you, but I'm just sick of hearing all these complaints when subeta already gives us more than they need to. We are lucky enough to be getting all these updates when the hardware is being wonky.

soapbubbles, it was only around a day of downtime with a bit of ups and downs inbetween. I paid for mine too, but everyone will live with a loss of 1 day off their GA. At least it wasn't the Two weeks we had of downtime.

Yall are ridiculous. The last time there was a couple days of downtime...they added a WEEK to our GA accounts. At least he is letting us know WHY its happening...and that it is happening. Other sites just go down, and then come back up like nothing happened. Keith works his butt off, as does the rest of the staff**luffs on Amber**and ya'll are just making their jobs harder by complaining about everything.
