I'm not sure everyone understands the concept of this (and other 'specialty' shops). They aren't meant to have a pattern, and they aren't meant to be 100% guessable when the next batch is going to come out.

I agree with DarkMonday, i am guessing the token shop and the other "specialty shops" are triggered by admins on some kind of whim, with so many players on way different time zones its kind of ridiculous and a craps shot. The shops need some kind of order.

Well I have just got up New Zealand time and missed all three restocks. Now I'm sure I read in the News ages ago that once a new item is restocked in the token shop, it will be randomly restocked three times during that day so all time zones get a chance. It seems to me this isn't happening and the three time restock is happening soon after the first restock. Maybe split the restock times up over the day a better better then most time zones players get a chance.
