You can find this costume in the Mysterious Costume Trunk in the Cash Shop.
What you may notice, is that this is not a new costume. We are in the process of breaking apart the items from the Costume Trunk and Spooky Costume Trunk. This trunk was previously the Cleaning Utensils. That item has now been transformed into the trunk, but in case you liked the old version, the trunk is wearable in the one piece old version. If you want the separate pieces, take it out of your wardrobe and open it ;)

This is a really neat idea for the trunks. I would love to see it implemented with a few other items as well like the geisha comb and the enchanted apple that does the school girl/boy outfit. The potential for fun with all the new layers would be great. There are so many great things that have happened with the HA system in the past few months. I applaud all the artists and those who write up all the code that makes it all work so beautifully. Thanks for listening to all the users and keeping this such a great place to play. I can't wait to see what else there is in the future.

Wonderful idea. I had been hoping for so long that you would do this. Now doing all that tricky layering over the costumes wont be so hard.

They should have turned into the trunk.
You can wear the old unopened trunk as the old version, or you can open the trunk to get the new pieces of one gender (Not both, you'd still need two trunks to get both)
