The Hurley is listed as common, while the purrvocateur is listed as normal rarity, however, I never see them stocked.

I think the last time we had a new minion, (Candy Kitten) it was posted on the news, but it was the next day when it started to actually stock, I hope I am wrong, but I haven't seen any of these new Kitties yet.
