Update: Some people have had troubles when the shop first opened purchasing items (or got duplicates). If you purchased items and lost points, but didn't get the item, open a ticket.
If you got extra items, delete them.

Turned in over 400 books but no trophy? Do I have to do something special?
Coming back from our vacation I tried to find and buy the books that were still missing from my list - I worked for 3 hours on a 30 minutes job (instead of going to sleep), because the site was so laggy - I only was 2/3 into the list, had 4 books in my inventory, when the site went down completely. How nice they were so quick with bringing it to end, though! I only have 300 books and even had to put the ones already in my inventory into my shop instead of the RD! Annoying.

I was only able to turn in 379 books, so I'm bummed I didn't get the Malice, but I was able to buy 11 other items instead. =D
All my points are missing. I turned in 202 books, I logged in there are two things from the shop in my inventory ( I didn't buy either of them) and they were only worth 10 points all together. But now when I go to the shop it says that I have no points left...is there a glitch?

Just checked... that many books mean that if everyone turned in 644 books, there would have been a total of 10k+ players. You must have so many more!

SEA I haven't bought anything from the shop yet from the glitchy replies here and I checked earlier and I had a silver trophy (500 books) so no.. Well, I'm very glad that I am not the only one who doesn't have a trophy. People with fewer books than I have got trophies.

Actually, I totally agree, Georgie. I even said in the Shoutbox that you and Annie and Green and possibly Kudo deserved Platinum if everyone with 600 or more got Gold.

Personally I don't think it is fair that people who did not turn in all the books got the gold trophy. If that is how it works then there should be something even better for the people who turned in every single one. Why did I spend all that sP and put forth all that effort to get something that other people got for far less?
