For the first time, I bought both male and female of the loli set, and kept all the items in both.

Sheesh.

(Also, I feel like an adorable Le Portrait de Petit Cossette cosplay could be done by heavily abusing the Lolita set.)

The tribal MCT preview is making use of artistic license. Since it doesn't give you any extra facial features, the artist didn't include them on the base. There are no items that remove facial features.
