Good god... I watch all day long, and a restock of the token shop happens in the one 15-minute period of time I run to get lunch. It is sadly the <i>third</i> time in a row this has happened.

it stocks whenever there's a new item, which comes out in random 'waves' for a certain time which are unannounced. however, a new post in the news will tell you about ts restocks.
