News post clearly states that the potions are part of the Checklist giveaway. No mention is made of requiring the Potion Lottery tickets as part of the giveaway.

My guess is that they are entirely separate, and, therefore, not dependent upon one another.

I too am wondering if you have to enter the potion lottery to win one of the extra five, or if just completing the checklist automatically makes you eligible for one of them.

I don't think promotion means what you think it means. A promotion for what? Electronic devices that, if won, would potentially take users' attention AWAY from Subeta? And I'm not really sure what the cash shop has to do with this - they haven't asked us to pay for anything with CSC/cash/paypal.

Thats great and all but...if they get those potions on pic isn't it a bit unfair for persons who get cheaper potions, you should maybe swap common potion with something else worth a bit more...
