Token Shop restocks tend to shoot token prices to the skies, and one preceded the news announcing the comeback of Riptide to the OD vending machine. Don't forget there is usually a second restock of an item to the Token Shop, making it not too hard for tokens to run dry in user shops thus making them even more expensive.
