I agree with GenerationalSavant, just because someone doesn't make the actual graphics for their pets doesn't mean the pet doesn't deserve the spotlight any less, or that they are uncreative. No need to bring Neopets into this either. :/
But back to what this is really about...

If you don't have anything nice to say, why say anything at all? Especially when you're the one pushing how this "isn't a big deal" and is just a once a day thing?

Thank you everyone on the congrats! ^^ I was completely shocked when I won (still am, lol). Especially since I wasn't really trying. I wrote stories for my pets a long time ago (just for fun really). And yes, the layout was done quickly, lol.

I have to agree with Luxe as well.
While the description, treasure, overlay and minion are nice, the actual layout looks like it was thrown together quickly.
Still, congrats to the owner.

Luxe: Same here. I think it's the background and name animation, not to offend the pet creator but they look like they were gotten from a website such as Soup Faerie, etc... if that's even still around. ^^; I also see lots more "emo dogs" on Neo than here.
However, I do that like that overlay and the awesome treasure items! 8D

I don't often say this, but since <i>we</i> didn't build this, I feel I can. This pet reminds me of Neopets.
Its too bloody for my taste - but its a well-done creative work with great ideas. Congrats!

And just a quick question, and please don't think I'm whining...but isn't it against the rules to have an overlay picture of your pet? o.O I thought I read that somewhere and so far I think every pet has had an overlay...I'm not saying to disqualify them, but I'm just curious o.O
