I tried and failed...
Aww, he's already gone... Last time I had checked, he still had over 1.2 million HP left. Bummer.
My battle pet couldn't even even make a dent in that BC challenger. I upgraded my pet GentlePawPrints battle set and none of her weapons would do anything against that BC challenger. I spent months training my pet in my spare time. Ah well back to the drawing board for me hehe goes to heal her pet again <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_happy.gif" border="0" />. Great art work by the way <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif" border="0" />.
The first 2 were too easy. This one is too hard. This pretty much sums up every opponent for my battling pet - everything in the coliseum is just either too easy or too hard. :/

You guys, it's alright, I don't see what the big deal is.. there were two challengers for everybody else, and one is epicly hard to make it a feat to beat and for once worthy of the really strong pets. It's not like this is the only one they released and the staff must've worked REALLY hard on the Masquerade this year. Personally, even though my pets don't even stand a chance, I just respect that and I'm thrilled with where the Masquerade has gone this year, I was looking forward to it and it needless to say exceeded my expectations.
As an old-time Subeta user, I'm sorry to say this, but from some of the complaining that's been going on, it seems some people are being kind of spoiled.. just my two cents.

um ya he was a breeze =/ . Nice jump in difficulty. 75 to 100 to 4000 for health. Not to mention the high jump in everything else =/

I have been training my pets non-stop since I joined Subeta and none of them are even close to high enough stats to challenge this one. Yes, too bad there weren't any in between. But maybe this means the plot will end soon. My feet are getting tired from dancing for over 3 weeks.

Hate to be an echo, but... no medium challenger? The other two were ridiculously easy and now this one is just ridiculous (from the sounds of it: even if you have a top 50 stated pet, unless you also have an arsenal of godlies). Clearly that BC "revamp" was super effective.

Seriously? The third wave is considered "too hard!" for tge # 117 ranked pet? Because that's what it told me when I went to the choose weapons page.

I have to agree with some of the others about the abrupt spike in difficulty though. Illyen cleaned the floor with the last two challengers, and now he's being completely blown out of the water (don't get me wrong, Illyen is pretty much a glorified weakling, but I was still hoping for half a chance against the next round).

I get that you need some tougher opponents for all of the big time battlers here, but there are a whole bunch of us in this "middle ground" We have decent pets and weapons, but can't even get close to a 1k stat type of pet. It just seems like the norm is "here are some easy opponents for everyone.. and then here's a frickin' hard assed guy for the battlers"
I don't mind that I can't beat him, but it just seems like no one ever thinks of the middle ground battlers

Ha... maybe with another year's worth of training I might last at least a round with this thing! Bad enough the spider thing killed my best fighting pet in one hit! I think I'll go back to the uber easy first type robots, they're the only ones I could beat at all!

...would have been nice if there'd been something between the 'all my pets can take it out in two rounds' opponents and the 'my best pet doesn't have a hope in hell' opponent.

Wow, they jumped from easy opponents to nearly impossible. This one has stats in the thousands, my pets don't stand a chance. Too bad they didn't have one that was in between the last opponent and this one first, i.e. difficult but not impossible.
