Just because he asks for it doesn't mean you have to give it him. There are 20 other items listed <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_raspberry.gif" border="0" /> And if anybody does happen to give him a 1k wiz token it won't make a difference because those people wouldn't have been selling the tokens anyway!
Every day, near enough, the guy asks for rare and expensive stuffs, it's just less visible because they less often traded. I should know, I gave the bugger an old trivia item because I just assumed it was a cheapy lol.

I saw that too=1000 point wizard tokens....they did say they would be adding new stuff to getting recycling point a while back.....
