Sorry @Luxe, I will eat my hat (if I wore one) if anybody saw the items and aimed specifically at getting the Jamba. To me, it is a booby prize and I feel akin to a fool for having received it.
@Mystic_Traveler, I cannot tell you how many "loyal paying customers" have been asking for an item with some sort of chance or gamble to them. If you want a 100% chance of getting the item you want, there are a host of other purchases you can make in the cash shop. It's not disloyal to our customers to give them a gambler, though.
@Jinjah, how is the Jamba a rip-off? When the crate was released, it was worth just as much as every other item. If you want to be upset with its worth in sP, blame the Subetan economy, not that we didn't give you what you paid for.

As A paying customer/and loyal fan of subeta..I feel that we should have the chance to pick out the item's we are buying/just like the cash shop monthly item's. Get to many of the same item and they do not sell/like the bobble heads we get as a thank for purchasing. we appreciate the kindness,but if you buy hundreds of dollars worth of item's, you then have tooo many bobble heads.

Gambler's Fallacy. That sums up the entirety of all the complaints. When you roll a six sided die, and hope for the number six, you can get all ones, random numbers, six every time, or any possible number of combination. You can try this at home, even! Also, the previous results dont affect the new roll in any way, oh, because its all a game of chance. The roulette table is another prime example. If its landed on red the past 30 times, betting on black "because it has to be this time, black is overdue!" is just plain silly.
The same logic goes behind these bags. You may get the wig every time, or you may never get it at all! That is the joy of chance and the gamble. Its not rigged, its not unfair. Its chance.

unfortunately the jamba isn't worth anything. I had 4, and sold two. I also sold the other three items i got duplicates of (the beach photograph), but I'm not interested in Sp. i just want the 'almost-random' chance bag items, like the wig.
I love these!! They bring back awesome memories of buying a ton of DPs to try and get the items you wanted and then trading your spares for other items you wanted!

Uh... it's still chance. When you open the bag, it's a (almost completely) random chance that you'll get one of ten items? I'd be happy to show you the code if you'd like. It's not set so that the wig comes out every 1/100 bags, or anything like that.

I think you should be upfront with the weighted items. Don't call it what it's not. Call it a not-very-random bag or something. NVR-Chance Bag for short.
I realize that the entire reason that items are more rare than others is so you'll get more money out of it. If someone does not get the wig in the first 10 'chance' bags, they are more likely to think that the next one, or the next one will get them the wig (that's how gambling works). By the time they get the wig they'll have had to open around 20 'chance' bags, and you would've made quite a bit of money. So I can see why you would want to weight the more popular items against an item with no chance at popularity at all, like an ugly minion.

@Ambition I'm not going to deny that the items are weighted, but they aren't heavily weighted. We've already got over 50 people who've got the wigs (which are the most 'heavily' weighted). If you don't get good items, it's just poor luck on your part. Plenty of people on the forums have got items they want in the first box.
perhaps if the coding is broken i would ant to waste more money trying to get something 'random' form the non-chance bags. I wish the problem were just a broken code.

how lame is it to buy 6 of them and get two items??? that is not a change bag in any way. It's a bag that's been set up to have 'rare', and 'common' items. not change.
