Amagami, maybe a better example would have been iTunes downloads. You can't access the content of every country's iTunes store from your home country, even though you'd be paying for a file and not a physical item. Also as far as gaming goes, there are WiiWare games that, though they are virtual, you cannot get in all parts of the world. Nintendo has Pokemon WiFi download events on a regular basis that are only available in specific countries for limited times. I think e-commerce on a global scale is still a work in progress.

Also, they probably based this particular ad in the states where it's known to have the most tourists leaving to exotic locations. California has a LOT of these people.
You all should stop complaining. Subeta is an AMERICAN site so countries other than America aren't going to get as many deals. You WILL be able to get one. Just not right now. And if you really want one so bad you can go buy one.

I don't care that it is just pixels like some might say, it is just wrong that because of where you live, you are entitled to a free gift. When are free gifts even given to people living in Canada or Australia...etc. Never. All the good offers and stuff like that are only for US residents.
