Hi everyone! We're posting to let everyone know that we're aware of the issues, such as the 504s from dancing or our cron not resetting quests/games/etc at midnight, currently happening onsite and are looking into them. Thank you all for your patience while we work to resolve these issues.
We've also posted on our status page and will update there once they've been resolved.

@FabulousVoilet Ive been deleting all those "you've not been asked to dance" messages I didnt realize they were faulty! I hope I've not lost them all. I really feel for the staff, they must be working so hard trying to sort this all out.

Urgh, I suppose this may not have been the best time to purchase more CSC... usually get the approval notification within a few minutes, and the transaction is on my bank statement now so I hope this clears on site soon.

please please please fix the ""you have not been invited to a dance"" issue and make sure we get to accept all the 60 or so we have backlogged since the failure to accept them has been from the beginning. thank you..

Are all the site issues being solved yet? Perhaps we can get an update on the news thread here not on the site (because I swear it's not really live update or lots of information). I would like to know a time frame, I am so desperately trying to put a CW through to payment queue and it will not let me. :(
I do not mean to complain, however, I am quite distraught that the mask is being affected so negatively by all these errors around the site.
As usual though, thank you for all your hard work including the plethora of adorable and useful new items! I am loving the celebrations thus far!

the dance scode still tells me i'm using an invalid link majority of the time ;o ;;
when i use the dance button under the HAs, it will now only occasionally shift the site coding but still freezes/lags and makes the rest of the page unclickable when it does happen
still getting 504s when accepting dances sometimes but less frequently, tho it takes an eternity for the page to load
making a post = the gray spinning wheel of death OTL
comments are getting swallowed unfortunately
gifting errors too
group pings sometimes laggeth and/or never go through :c same with personal mentions
but thank you for all the hard work! the pages and site are running smoother in general now c:<

I think I'm just going to wait it out, unfortunately. I get 504 errors practically every time I try to dance. Not sure if it's going through or not. I can accept dances, at least, though.

Hi! I thought all items with the word "mask" in their names were supposed to work, but for me to use the mask I'm wearing now (Gilded Final Masquerade Mask, a CW) I have to layer an older one under it. Gold Swirl Mask doesn't work either. Thanks!

So, I'll click on the and get a 504 error. Then I back out. Refresh, Click on it again. Get a 'Your feet are tired message... did I even dance? I'm not sure what's going on but hopefully I'll get dances in.

UGH I hate not being able to properly accept dances! I feel like the other person must be pissed! I think I'm just gonna wait it out, was really trying to earn the key this year! ;.;

I've just tried to accept about 6 invites to dance and only two of them didn't result in 504s... so I guess I'm not accepting my dances until I know the issue is resolved :/

Only the links in the forum work for me for dancing (the dance button below the avatar) yet not the coded ones listed anywhere or in the friend feed.

Oh goodness I was so confused I hadn't asked anyone to dance yet and already apparently someone accepted my proposal to dance.. I am not even wearing a mask or anything XD Good luck with those errors

So hard to start a big event like this and run into problems. Thank you for the prompt notice and hard work to prepare events and then fix any issues. Wish there was something I could do to be helpful.

@Chesid It was just a lot of things that created a horrible storm for the start of the holiday. :( Like I can't blame all the issues (like cron not resetting) on this. I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE WAITED SO LONG, THROUGH ALL OUR TROLLING, TO DANCE.

@Amber, if you reset the quests, Blue Building quests don't need reset (they are the only ones that did already, it looks like - I was able to do 5 quests before Midnight and 5 since)
