he was handsome. tall and built; a real gentleman. he was athletic and smart and had an impeccable knack for banking. raised by the richest and most respected politician in the state, wex was taught from an early age how to be professional and perfect. and flawless he was, excellent and beautiful right down to the seams in his polyester pants. he was on his way to becoming the heir to his father's prosperous business. and then it happened.

it's not like the streets were foreign to him; he spent his whole life in the same 10 blocks. he had walked the same 3,678 steps (meticulously counted each day) to work every morning and home every night. and it's not like he didn't know better than to make eye contact with the whacks in the alleyways. everyone knew that.

so what made wex jump in front of the only recorded car to ever speed down warrick street at 9:37pm on the 4th of april? an accident? maybe. a coincidence? absolutely not. some say the driver of the car was missing his head. but something like that could never really happen... or could it?
