Parking Garage - Floor 2
After an uneventful trek up the stairs, you end up on the top floor of the parking garage. While you spotted some shacks downstairs, there is no denying that this floor is filled with them. The residents even managed to plug in some vending machines to get some snacks. (You wonder how often they're being replenished. Maybe they have connections?)You explore for a bit, and then, you hear voices. Celia and you aren't alone!
The two of you silently observe the oddly-dressed individuals, who seem to be discussing the Hoverskate Hockey Draft that apparently happened last weekend. One of them seem to be in fierce disagreement with their favored team's choices, while the other seems to be content just discussing their niche hobby with someone. The discussion goes on for a while until...

While Chipper Guy just goes and says "Bless you", his compadre is a lot more suspicious, and is looking around to find you. Celia quietly tells you that you need to leave the top floor pronto before they find you, and you are quite happy to oblige.
