Asl, having been adopted from the pound, is very quiet and mysterious. He's hard to get close to and can be very aloof. Despite this off putting behavior, if one should get close enough to him, they'd find out more and see that he can be very affectionate. Asl is fearful of strangers, nervous and shy around even his own family. He absolutely despises going to the Darkside, even more so he hates going to the Ultimate Pet Zapper. Asl has constant terrorizing nightmares of the zapper and Euclid. He despises and fears Euclid more than any one else, though Euclid probably has no idea who Asl is. Asl has random flashbacks, showing him strange memories of the life, or lives he once lived. He is left wondering what he used to be, how many times he changes and how many homes he's had. To this day, Asl's life is a blur and his past is a complete haze.
