the life of caspien

Caspien was knighted at a considerably young age for showing his excellence in the field of operating within the field of policing. His shooting and fighting skills convinced his family to sent him off to a school specialised in training young men to become knights for the royal family. At this time Caspien was a 14-year-old late bloomer, not only younger than the rest of the school's attendees but also lacking in the height department. But he amazed his elders with his constant improvement and quickly became one of the best students. Stubborn to fulfil his dream, Caspien managed to graduate at the age of 17, with magnificent recommendations written all over his CV, mere three years after having started at the academy where the schooling usually lasted for four and a half years.

Acquiring his first iron horse* on his 18th birthday, Caspien qualified as an official knight for the king and thus applied for the job, sending in his CV for the Officials* to consider, not the least discouraged by his young age. The Officials were enthusiastic about how well Caspien had done and hired him shortly after his applying, and since then he has worked as an official knight for the kingdom, watching the streets for crime and locking up the bad guys. On the rare occasion he also gets the chance to patrol the castle and keep both eyes open for the safety of the royal family.

The setting is in the year 2833, a place very much like the one we know today except everything that could be has been replaced by technology and much more intelligent machines. It is ruled by a king or queen and democracy only has very little power compared to how it is now in the 21st century. Any vehicle is a hovering vehicle and any transportation happens ten feet above ground. The ground is reserved for the residents of the city and whomever still uses the old school bicycle to get from A to B.
