His Love

It was as if the world was crashing down upon him. He felt a great unease as he made his way home. His love for her was no more. An infinite nothing had become the probable. This "love" left him in great despair. It was his necessity, but yet, it was taken away from him. As he made it home, he stumbled to get to the front door. He was oblivious to the onlookers that stared back at him. He could care less however, for who were they to judge his helpless state of mind? His hands shaking, he opened the door. As the door gave way to the main clearing, he ran. Up and up he went, only to be stared down by his shadow like room. He stood in front for a moment, realizing that if he were to find himself in there for even a minute, a deep depression would overtake him. As logicality won over emotion, he took a step back. He thought that he must overcome this. It was a must, if not, that perpetual abyss would encompass him. And that is what he sat out to do, but in complete anguish. He overcame that with solitude. From life. From love. From people. He sought no one. He was from then on emotionless. Scarred, yet free in a sense. He no longer was in anguish over his love. And that was something for him, even if it was only a little comforting.

A mime of sorts,

Displaying no emotion,

Needing no one,

And displaying solitude in its every sense,
