Description

A dark elven woman with glossy obsidian skin and long wavy silvery hair. Her waist tapers into a long serpent tail which is dark and speckled with a nebula of stars and silvery, moon-like patterns. The tip of her tail sprouts black and silver feathers. On her back are large black feathered wings dusted with the same starry pattern as her tail with silvery tips to the feathers.
Cice is usually adorned in silvery jewelry and dancing belts of coins and small bells, she rarely wears clothing, but when she does it's often silvery and rather revealing.

Personality

Cice is the typical bard - curious, adventurous and a lover of music and stories. She has the inkling that in her previous life (ie. when she was a mortal, before she became a lillend in the afterlife) that she must have been some type of traveling, bardic merchant. She's highly skilled in apprasial and haggling of items, has a knack for wielding Khemtic weaponry (khopesh) and speaks the Egyptian language as fluently as drowic elvish.
While a borderline hoarder she considers herself more of a collector due to her gathering of items that 'somebody may find useful'. Usually stashing low level magic items, interesting trinkets, objects of art and other such things that she finds interesting or possibly handy for somebody else. When her collection gets too large she'll often head to the Marketplace Eternal in the Outlands to haggle and trade off what she can.

Powers/Abilities:

The abilities of a lillend (From D&D, but using 2nd ed spell-like abilities) including a few handy natural spells. She's a very proficient musician favouring the flute, harp and other stringed instruments with occasional cymbal/tambourine percussion. Her magical bardic music has an altered ability to aid with inspiring, inflaming and converting for her religion of Eilistraee. (the Evangelist prestige class from Complete Divine reworked as a Pathfinder Bard Archetype.)

Merits: friendly, very sociable and not afraid to speak to nearly anybody. She's very skilled at talking down evil and converting others to her religion.
Flaws: She can be pretty flighty and is terrible at keeping appointments. She's a collector bordering on hoarder. Those who don't like Eilistraee can find her to be rather preachy and zealous.
