He is a brave and loyal warrior swordsman sworn to avenge the death of his parents by destroying the Black Monster. Dart carries the soul of the Dragoon. His destiny will take him far beyond a simple quest for revenge.

11,000 years ago, the Winglies, a race of beings that had platinum hair and the ability to fly with wings that appeared at will, ruled over the other races that were on the continent of Endless with an oppressive will, using the other races as slaves, causing terrible hardships and injustices. This caused the those being oppressed to seek out help, salvation from their tortured lives. Their prayers were answered by the human Emperor, Emperor Diaz. Together with seven incarnations of Dragons, the Dragoons, the humans were able to defeat the Winglies and seize their future, but not was as it seemed concerning the end, as things would play out for another Dragon Campaign would happen 500 years later, where seven new Dragoons would be called on to protect the continent once again as a new threat loomed over the horizon, and the destiny of a son looking for revenge on the monster that destroyed his hometown would be entwined with those from the past as well...

Dart is the son of Zieg Feld and Claire. When he was just five years old, a "Black Monster" came and attacked his hometown of Neet. Dart and his family were able to escape the devastation, but both of Dart's parents went back to help see if they could save the other residents, leaving Dart in a hollowed out fallen over log. Though Dart tried to follow his parents, he tripped and fell, so he couldn't follow them and had to wait in the log for them to return.
When daybreak came, Dart got the first look at the burned out remains of his hometown. He began searching for his parents, but couldn't find them, only finding a shiny green stone that was his father's memento. Dart took the stone with him when he moved to Seles and met his childhood friend, Shana, but he'd never forget the Black Monster that supposedly killed both his mother and father...

Several years later, Dart left Seles to train and prepare for his journey to find the Black Monster, but while resting, he was discovered by two soldiers who thought he was from another country, but as Dart was about to attack them, the roar of a Dragon startled them. The two soldiers ran off leaving Dart with the Dragon. Trying to outrun the Dragon, Dart is saved by a mysterious female warrior. The mysterious warrior reveals that Seles was destroyed by the attacking army which the two soldiers were apart of, and Dart runs back towards his hometown, but the mysterious warrior realizes he's got something familiar...
Dart soon learns that Shana was kidnapped, and heads to Hellana Prison, where he meets up with Lavitz, and together, they rescue Shana. Later, Dart meets up again with the mysterious female warrior, Rose, who awakens the Dragoon Spirit within him. Little does Dart know that Rose knows much more than she's letting on, including knowing who the "Black Monster" is as well as knowing about his father... but all will play a role in the new conflict where seven Dragoons would be called on once again to stop an ancient evil, but to find out more, play the Legend of Dragoon. :)

Relations:
Zieg Feld: Dart's father, Zieg went missing when Dart was five years old trying to save the residents from Neet from a "Black Monster". Dart had went looking for him and his mother but only found his pendant, a memento of his father's, which he keeps with him.
Rose Feld: This mysterious warrior saves Dart from a Dragon and later helps him awaken his Dragoon spirit. There is much more to her than she is letting on to Dart, especially concerning his father.
