Species wise, is some sort of runty chamrosh. So damn brazen about the ocean that she only eats raw fish. Don't call her Puff Puff unless you want your ankles chomped. And just so you know, chamroshes have teeth.
Navy character perhaps tied into Artemis and Beryl's story. Witnessed many anima succumb to the sea in some manner or another, whether it be being eaten by sirens and mermaids, or becoming one themselves. Perhaps knows Beryl as an acquaintance, and notices that she too is becoming a siren. Determined to "save" her, Puffin begins to hunt Artemis with intent to kill her.
