Although this type of life comes with many perks, Amoretta was always pushed to focus on being studious instead of being adventurous; she attends a small, private college in her town, and she rents a posh little apartment close to the university.

On the ground floor just beneath her little studio flat, there was a quaint little coffee shop that was popular for it's simple lattes and delicious hand-made scones, cakes, and other tasty snacks. Amoretta shocked her parents and peers by getting a job at the little coffee shop, working hard between classes to learn the ropes of baking, latte art, and how to serve others. Amoretta is grateful for her plethora of opportunity, but was tired of being handed everything.

Amoretta is a hard worker and pours all of her spare time and energy into the cafe. She only has a small handful of other trusty, yet talented, employees at her side to help her make limitless combinations drinks, measure flour, sugar, and so on to make the fluffy, delightful treats so many customers know and love. This hard work and early hours would deter most young college girls, but Amoretta finds herself loving the way her mind goes quiet during these busy days.

On her breaks Amoretta can frequently be found sitting at one of the little round tables nearest to the window busying herself with homework or tossing buttery croissant crumbs for the local stray cat, Crumbs, to nibble on. Occasionally though Amoretta will let out a long sigh and rest her head in her hands, glancing up when she spots an attractive boy walking by the shop; Amoretta is a hopeless romantic at heart and longs to meet someone to share her bustling, comfortable life with.

Some days Amoretta thinks she bit off much more than she could chew constantly bouncing between shifts at the coffee shop and her studies in English, History, and a myriad of other school subjects, but she tries to be grateful for all life has given her. Amoretta struggles to break from her comfortable life and into one where she has to work hard for the things she loves; she has the life that most young girls could only dream of, yet she still longs for that one special someone wake up next to in the mornings to soak it all in with her.
