In Teatime Treasures isn't just who you thought was originally there. Along with the tallest one there at the counter, sits a blonde boy about the age of seventeen. His hair is slightly tousled as he sips a tea and has quiet chat with the owner. Occasionally his eyes wander over to you, a soft hazel with flecks of blue from what you can see, but his eyes keep returning up to the owner of the store. His posture is held well and he dressed himself in something stylish but still casual, something very fitting to the store.

He softly laughs and smiles when the owner says something, but the owner is still confused, a brow perking up in confusion before the blonde just bats away the comment, reassuring the owner it wasn't anything bad. The two resume talking quietly, the owner occasionally serving and talking to other customers, the blonde contently sipping his tea as he does.

Soon though the door to the teashop swings open again, this time, a well dressed man in a suit, his hair kept short and perfectly combed. His eyes quickly fall to the blonde as well, swiftly walking up behind him and wrapping his arms around his waist. The blonde is a little startled, but leans into his touch, obviously the two knew each other. He leaned to the blondes ear, whispering something as his eyes glint orange, worrying you a bit as it seems very unnatural. But the blonde nods and stands up, thanking the owner for the tea before following the man out into the streets again and walking off.

You take a gander at your cup and see its empty, deciding its well time you leave now.

Watching you.
Near to far, no matter where you are.

There are no happy endings in life, even angels like me know that. But no matter what, we all hope to get the closes we can to it.

Life never goes the way you want it to.

Seriously, it really doesn't.

Guardian angels don't have very easy jobs. Most people assume they watch over one person only, and most days they do. But often enough there are enough people without proper guidance that one angel can stretch over a few people. Most don't as its difficult to do, but Vinton did.

One day he might regret it, but so far he hasn't. Posing as a student in the high school wasn't that hard as he had died originally when he was in his teens. He knows whats going on in the classes and he knows how stressed out some are and how much others don't care. Kids here and there are like himself, the odd demon who looks at him with a twisted smirk and the odd angel who comes to him for guidance when they catch him alone. All in all, being a guardian angel in the school is as rewarding as it seems.

Most days though, don't turn out like today.

Most of his targets had decided to go home in groups, leaving him with one who decided to walk home alone. A girl. Of course. The teenage girls these days were just as vulnerable as they were when he was alive, but at least this one had waited for two hours for her ride which never came, he had to give her that much. She lived on the other side of the forest, leaving him to trail her by a distance in there. Creeper, he felt like a creeper. But alas, this was his job, and a good thing he was determined to follow her home too.

Stopping in a tree for a minute had led to some other sounds in the trees, a hound. A hell hound, of course. Of course he was out today and he has a hell hound after a target of his own. As quietly as he can though, he hops down in front of the hound, the unimpressed look from the other nothing surprising as he mirrors the look back at him.

Something comes over him though, a deal made between the two which sacrifices his own soul for the safety of any victim the beast should have had. A good idea as far as he knows though obviously not as he'll learn later. It should have been as simple as that, it really should have. But as said earlier, most days don't turn out like today. From here, things go uphill unintentionally, while another part goes downhill exponentially.

After all, who expected him to fall in love with the hell beast?

And who would have thought an angel needed a soul to live.

Accidents are prone to happen, are they not, love?

Thanks for listening again, Sybelle.

Are you ... sure? I don't think I can do that ...

Do you believe in fate?

Careful with that pot of tea, Tencha...

For a human you sure know a lot more than I thought!

Honestly, you should own your own bakery, Benji.

... I must attract mangy mutts, don't I?
