To add interests, you can either go to your profile at http://subeta.net/users/Flowbha and click the "Edit Your Profile" link at the very top which will take you here:

Then you are going to see a white box labeled "ToolBox" pop in the right hand corner. There is a button on it titled "Add Content" and when you click that it will open up the different sections you can add or remove on your profile including interests. The other one, "Update Order" allows you to drag and drop the sections and change where you want them to be on your profile. Once you save they should stay there. :)
