I used to play Neopets as well, but had my account frozen for no good reason. I got it back a couple of years ago, but didn't like the new layout much so it isn't very tempting to go back there. Well, it's kinda tempting to go back just for Altador Cup
It's funny you should say that about the climates, since I have always wanted to go to Australia because of the nature and animals there (the birds in particular!), but am afraid that I wouldn't be able to handle the heat. Heh. You would most certainly enjoy it here then, especially when you enjoy spending time outdoors :) My favorite activity during the summer months is just being outside watching birds or reading a book in the fresh clean air. A bit hard to motivate myself to go outdoors now that the new Zelda game is out, but maybe in a few weeks

As for the events such as Masquerade soon coming up, I would recommend checking out the event forum for useful guides, competitions and group chats/events. I added you, I hope that's okay. My name is Ida, and I have been playing Subeta on and off for almost 16 years. I live in Norway, and have far too many interests/hobbies. Some of the things I love are cats, wildlife, books and movies (all kinds!), music (especially rock) and gaming. As for Subeta, I enjoy the great community and the fun events, and also completing my collections and battling. Especially battling is the thing that keeps me playing, although it can be quite sp and time consuming.
