|Notice 8/12/19: I will be going on hiatus for a few weeks (hopefully not more than a month) as I get ready for the insanest semester of my life.|
See you all soon. <3
Core Pets have been with me the longest - especially Anozira, my first ever pet on this site. They are loosely related storywise but strongly related goalwise: they all have the same training, books read, food eaten, and jobs. They also include my foodie pet, Reverai, and my battle/bookish pet, Anozira. These pets will be with me always; if you ever see me put one of these pets up for adoption, it is a sure sign that I'm about to quit Subeta.
Capicua is a word that means "palindromic number". Each of these pets have ID numbers that are palindromes. They also all have irregular past tense verbs for names, and their stories have a similar vein running through them.
Raduga means "rainbow" in Russian - all of these pets, consequently, have rainbow incorporated into their design. They share training, food, and reading goals of always remaining at zero. The reason their names are in all caps are to help prevent me from accidentally training or reading to them.
I recently made a mistake which resulted in Spotless and Soulmates reading one book each. I am hoping that the Subeta team will one day make a way for me to erase this mistake.
These pets are called "pobrecitos" simply because they don't really have a reason to be grouped together. One day I hope to either find a way to associate them with each other better or to find a better name for this group.
When Ochki saw Kniga's academy, she grew jealous and paranoid and thought her old rival was creating an army. As a result, she began conducting experiments to create her own army. The Blobbeans are the result, with varying levels of capabilities and obsessions (each Blobbean collects something...odd). They all have non-English names, except 221B.
Indian ~ French ~ Greek ~ Sherlock ~ Spanish
Kniga decided to found an all-girls academy that would teach the top students, and she handpicked all of these to be the first class. Collectively they are called the Glossary because they represent each letter of the English alphabet.
Goalwise they will be employed in jobs that correspond to their letter and will only read books that correspond with their letter. (At least one non-function word in the book title must begin with the same letter as the pet's name.) If I decide to feed them, the rule will be the same. I am also trying to find all items in Subeta that have only one letter on them to fill their TCs.
