They are really fun! If you're ever interested in sticking stickers to others or having ones stuck to you, there are a couple of forum threads that are good to know about. There's one in the General forum usually called something like Sticker Swapping Hub where you can ask people to stick your stickers to you (so if you collect a bunch but need them stuck to you), and then there's one in Forum Games called just Stick a Sticker to the Person Above You or something where people stick a random sticker to the person above (so you sometimes get duplicates).
