Thank you for being patient over the last week while we worked out the lags and glitches around the site. All users who ad a gold account have been given an extra 10 days, and anyone who has been active in the last month has been given 3 days of gold account time.

Was the gold account supposed to activate at a certain time? I'd been on earlier this month and didn't come back till last night, and it's already gone. Ah well. At least I got to autoprice my shop.

Thank you, it has been tough for us all, but mostly for staff trying to find faults and fix them whilst still running the site, I have enough trouble working out whats wrong with my computer, so I dont know how you lot manage! It is much appreciated, and also the fact that we got more updates, on the pages.
I think its always hard when there's a problem in any situation and a person doesnt know whats going on, so just letting us know is very good of you.

I had an active GA during the downtime and during all of the really bad lag. I couldn't make any use of it and it went to waste. Do I only get the 3 days because I didn't have an active GA now that the site is better?

When do the 10 days get added? My gold account is about to expire or just expired. Not sure if the "three days remaining" is from my original or the new 3-day. I believe I still had my gold account when the lag started, though. Should I file a ticket? Thanks!

@PrincessJudith gold accounts give you an extra skip per day for the battle quests, the training time's shorter and you can save more weapon sets. And that's just the battle specific stuff.
