Hi everyone! In case you missed the news post the other day, we are moving to new web hosting (yay for greener pastures!). We got access to the new servers today and everything seems to be in order, so I've begun the rather complicated procedure of moving Subeta to its new home!
I'm going to be doing as much of the move "on-line", with the site on, as is possible. I really have no idea how this is going to effect the site though, so we will see. I'd much rather turn it off for the day than have trades and item transfers and purchases go screwy. I have disabled the web server that will be hardest hit by this, so hopefully that will help some.
If you'd like to follow our progress, I will be keeping everyone up to date on the Subeta twitter, so tune in!

Would not sever transfer be much faster and more prackticle if you took the site down for a day? I'd rather have it down for a day or so so things could go faster and more smothely with no data loss.

I, for one, would not complain if you took the site down to do this. I agree with the fact that it would be much better to do something else until you are done than to have possible rollbacks on activities done and goals reached. Which ever is best and easiest for you guys!
