:tada: Happy New Year to everyone! :tada: Let’s all hope together that 2021 will be better, even if only by a little. We on staff will do our best to continue having Subeta be a bright spot in an otherwise very difficult world.

Make sure you start 2021 off on the right foot with these new treats from the New Years Shop!

You can earn New Year Tokens by completing your daily quests or by random event. These tokens will stop going out at 11:59pm on January 10.

Unfortunately, the New Year means an end to Luminaire. We hope you enjoyed Melody’s daily gifts and decorating your trees. The forums will stay open until January 4th so everyone can finish up any contests etc.

Oh, excuse me! Hi! I’ve been trying to get the attention of anybody headed up to Arctic Frost. I’d like someone to check on my father, actually.

Pop seemed fine when we all visited for Luminaire, but some of his customers have told me he’s been acting strange lately. Irritable, holing up in his workshop for days on end, not responding to visitors, that sort of thing. Someone said he literally threw people out, grabbed them by the belt and tossed them out the door! He’s certainly spry for his age, but that seems outlandish to me. Still, I’m worried and I can’t seem to reach him.

It would mean so much to me if you could find out what’s going on!

Hello Subetans! First, you can now update the payment method on your existing monthly subscription - without having to cancel and start a new one. Simply go to the subscriptions page and click the "Options" button above the "Cancel" button on your active subscription, to go to the new Options page where you can do that. We will be adding to this page in the future :)

Second, we'd like to give a heads up on an upcoming change that will simplify how monthly subscriptions work with Gold Accounts - and, we hope, make them more intuitive to understand. With this update, subscriptions will no longer add 1 month of GA time to your account. Instead, your account will be considered a Gold Account, and get all the perks, while you have an active subscription - and any existing GA time on your account will not be used up while your subscription is active.

For example, let's say you have a Gold Account which expires in 3 weeks, and no subscription. If you start a monthly subscription, you will get to enjoy having a Gold Account for the entire time your subscription is active, and the GA time left on your account will remain paused at 3 weeks. Then, if you stop having a subscription, it will automatically switch back to using up those 3 weeks of Gold Account you had left before you started the subscription.

This update will be released on Monday, February 8th. After the update is released, this change will be in effect immediately for new subscriptions, and will take effect on your next billing cycle for existing active subscriptions.

Finally, we are almost done implementing a way to upgrade or downgrade an existing subscription. without having to cancel and re-subscribe. Please look forward to this feature after the February 8th update if all goes well.

...Oh, dear, oh my... I am having such a pain in my head. I do not know what happened. One moment I am carving little wooden shoes for puppet, the next BANG! I am hearing terrible voices and my hands... they won’t stop moving, stop building. Terrible. I not remembering well things voice say, but it was angry. Angry and pushy. Thanks to you I am thinking clearly now.

I build something awful, though. It is terrible and angry, too. Please help me once more, ya? If you are finding the Possessed Marionette Controller perhaps you defeat horrid Kapitan Kolya?
