Catnip has all the skills of an entrepreneur, while Twinnings takes care of the tea. His special brews are the hit of the town. Though he fumbles when it comes to dealing with large groups, unlike his sister, he's got a knack for understanding individual customers. This skill helps him make teas specially suited for each customer, and is the heart of the business.
