Personality: Jiva is a quiet, reclusive woman. She tends to keep to herself, really only trusting her elder brother. She is slow to warm up to people and to trust them, and is often convinced that people have motives behind speaking with her. From a young age, her brother convinced her that the world was only out to harness the power of their kind to use for themselves--something she was bent on preventing.

Likes: peace and quiet, cold temperatures, ice, icy climates, cold water, snow, her brother, reading, learning about new cultures, dancing, singing folk songs of her people, light snow storms, darkness, night time, winter, ice cream, cold foods, frozen yogurt.
Dislikes: heat, direct sunlight, fire, humans, anyone she doesn't know, travelling long distances, the beach, the ocean, spicy foods, showing her powers to others.
Fears & Phobias: fire, heights/flying, strangers, illness/getting sick, losing or becoming separated from her brother.

Skills & Talents: Jiva possesses powers over ice, like much of her clan did. She can control water to an extent as well, but works much better with solid ice.She has a beautiful singing voice, which is said to haunt people's dreams once they've heard her.
Occupation: she likes to say she is employed as a "wandering spirit/wanderer," but ultimately she is actually unemployed.

Other: Ji, along with her elder brother, are both ice demons. Jiva is the younger of the two, meaning she is more inexperienced. While older than any human alive, she is still considered a teenager by her clan's standards. From a young age, she and Haku were taught to distrust any and all humans, being told that "all the greedy creatures would ever do is use them." Because of this, along with her inability to tell humans from non-humans, Jiva has a hard time trusting any outsider. She and Hakudoshi were sent from the village by their mother [at that time, they didn't know why], to escape an illness that had broken out and was decimating their village. Today, they are the only clan members that survive.

She still speaks some words of her clan's language, which include calling her brother "Drearien," which means "brother," and "yimello," which was a common greeting of their people.

About her outfit: Jiva tends to dress in rather plain clothes, which often have an icy theme to them. But she also sometimes dresses in the traditional celebration attire of her village. It holds a deep significance to her since she discovered that she was one of only two surviving members.
