Personality: Aelte is a cheerful, happy man. He's very caring, and will always put others' needs ahead of his own. He hates to see others in pain, and will do anything in his power to prevent it. He tends to be a hopeless romantic, though, with no real experience in love. One can tell when he likes someone because he'll be extra bubbly and cheerful around them, often without realizing it. He tends to be rather eccentric, and some would pin him as "strange," but he's just got a lot of different ideas. At times, he can be known for spending a lot of money on things such as research, banquets, or just donating it to local churches and such. He's quite generous with his money. Once someone gets on his bad side, however, it's said that he has a fiery personality.

Likes: looking after those less fortunate than he is, helping others, animals, making friends, attending social functions (often alongside Mersera), taking in and caring for orphans or animals, watching television, reading long novels, writing, when people share his beliefs, spicy foods (the spicier, the better), Archaine, and getting compliments.

Skills & Talents: Ael can write quite well, and possesses an impressive vocabulary. He's known for thinking deeply on topics, often over-analyzing them as a result, but almost always manages to keep his over-analyzed thoughts to himself. He's good at keeping his cool--as long as his loved ones aren't in immediate danger. Along with his impressive vocabulary and analysis skills, he can also wield magic. His most powerful kind of magic is fire, which he can wield without much thought. Though it does make him dangerous when he's been angered.

Other: Ael does a lot of research for Mersera's assassin guild. He's their chief researcher, and is usually the one to locate their enemies and reveal their whereabouts to the assassins. This has caused him some pain in the past, when he was attacked and left with scars running across his face, arms, and torso. To this day, he doesn't mind showing them off. He's proud of his scars and how he got them, especially since he managed to fight off his attacker while unarmed.

About his outfit: Ael has to wear fire-proof clothing due to his fire-wielding ability. He likes the look of old/vintage/antique clothing, and so he tends to purchase it and then take it to a specialist to have it fire-proofed.
