Notes for me:
- Used to be engaged to Alberto
- Wedding was postponed after he enrolled in the army
- Was told he died in the war and after 2 years finally moved on and married someone else
- Alberto is alive and discovers Catarine has moved on but lets her go on with her new life and be happy
- Eventually becomes the main character in Alberto's stories, even though she doesn't know it.
- Starts reading Alberto's books and identifies with the main character
- Goes to visit Sorrento, Italy (where the books take place) after her new husband passes away to get a feel for the life her favorite character lives
- She and Alberto always happen to miss each other(i.e. She leaves a coffee shop moments before he enters, etc)
- She finds items left behind at places they both go to that remind her of him
- On her last day in Sorrento her cab accidentally hits Alberto(he only gets a few bumps and bruises)
- Not sure what happens after that xDDD
