I'm still kicking, mostly, for those that check up on me here.

I'm old, tired, & in ailing health. Please don't expect me to be around too often, and I apologise if I either miss a message or do not respond in anything remotely resembling a timely fashion. My silence is not for lack of appreciation, nor from disinterest--merely exhaustion and memory decay.

I live in a lake with my best friend and roommate of 15 years, ecks, along with my wife of 21 years (who I have yet to convince to join this site lmao).

As for me--I love sunflowers and the colour yellow. I love pastels, the 90s, and synthwave. Van Gogh lights up my everything. I hope that when I am gone, I am remembered with even a fraction of what his art makes me feel: bright, vivid, colourful, treasured.

I dream of sunshine days, warm skies, and blue tomorrows. I am holding tight to hope in these dark times, and I am happy to share that with you for as long as I'm here. I will keep getting up the next day, and I invite you to do the same. We can keep trying, together.

I also love wordplay, writing, reading, video games, and a lot of really dumb tv-shows. I sometimes write and draw. I am a fridge magnet, a potato, a sunflower, a friend. I use these with pride.

Several of my favourite Pokemon are Dunsparce, Mudkip, & Mimikyu. (Though, honestly, I love a lot more than this, and the whole Mudkip line is just great.)

Other things I love: general science, ocean, and insect-related things. Of these, dinosaurs, sharks, lobsters, bees, and moths are some of my most favourite (just to name a "few" more).

I am full of fearless love, useless trivia, endless puns, and not much else. The world is unkind, but I refuse to be.
