True, and I know how character deaths are handled in the comics, so I wasn't expecting them to not reverse the snap. My argument is just with time travel in general. As for Steve, I've only seen him in the Avengers movies, so have no strong opinions one way or the other.

Basically, his being in the same timeline as his younger self created a serious paradox

The time travel was bad enough. Those story lines give me headaches as it is, so I avoid those. But the only way that could have NOT borked up the original timeline was if he died before his Discovery and rescue from the ice.
