Owner of a small minion facility and shop, Florence is almost a complete recluse since having been bitten back in 2009. Only a small handful of people have seen her since infection, but her presence in the shadows can be noted from the strong smell of honey and mint that follows her around. She admits to having been severely depressed before the epidemic broke out, attempting to take her own life which ultimately resulted in her now unliving state of being. She lives vicariously through Vinicio and is closest to him after having welcomed him both into her home and shop to assist her in caring for the minions she raises and feeds. She's rather taken with him and proves to be a highly affectionate and familial presence in his life - practically adopting him in as her own. She's highly sympathetic to his stunted state of being neither unliving nor completely human.

Although aware of Miles and Absinthe through talk, she has never met them in person nor made any attempt to. However she has taken a habit of leaving small trinket gifts around where they are likely to find them - as a sort of anonymous thank you for looking out for Vinicio. She feels indebted to them for ultimately leading Vincent down a path that led him to her arm.
