I feel like the floor gets heavier and heavier every year and I need to get away from bedside. I started right as COVID started so I was glad I was in a medsurg vs a ICU—out of ratio and suffering as a newgrad. So maybe that’s why I’m really actually burnt out already. My bfs mom was preop/post op for 30 years so that and PACU sounds so appealing. Do yall do 12’s? An old coworker just started case management from home and she loves it lol!!! I keep trying to tell myself leaving bedside is not like losing all my skills but I’m scurd lol
