hello, you can call me root. I like dancong oolongs and puer, psychological horror and art film, post-hardcore, freak folk and breakcore, nigiri, and perfumery. I hate the smell of metal, days over 90°F, sleeping on the first floor of a building, getting carsick, and needles.

I love linguistics and pretty words as well as botanical things, hence the name! my favorite pet species are neelas and devonti, and my favorite colors are nostalgic, angelic, sweetheart, steamwork, and chibi.

my fave story/ poem pets: Desdinova, Beech, and Neem. Neem was honestly my absolute favorite to come up with even though his page is entirely bare. I won't say anything more but his thematics are self-explanatory as to what he is.
