Blessings of the Madgod
Nymphonia, Arra, Car, Sci, and me. We didn't make it to the finals, but we rocked it. --- You are lost, but know not how. In distant Peka Glade, torches flicker. You hunger for their light. As you enter the clearing, lively folk music fills the air. The bards you see are not of this realm. They invite you to drink to their Lord, to dance and make merry. A sip of mead; the rhythm grips you. Pounding drumbeats stir your body to frenzy. Strings pluck cries from your lips. A voice promises no pain, no fear--at a price. And so you fall to the Madgod's blessing...but rise again, inspired. --- An underground dark fantasy folk rock band, Blessings of the Madgod is seen little and spoken of less. Most Subetans deny all knowledge of them; when pressed, some speak of meetings in the moonlight, frenetic ecstasy, and strange musicians from another realm. In their first publicized performance, members Car, Nymphonia, Sci, Vex, and Arra will be in Peka Park for the Battle of the Bands. Their expected lineup includes "Greymarch," "The Gates of Madness," and "Beware the Wabbajack."
