October. 30th Tonight, one of the earliest snowfalls I've seen in the last 10 years! 2 inches!! Not snoww season yet, but it's definately frost season ;) -

Elwood: I sure do. You guys were all looking pretty weary, and I happen to have just the thing for reaching volcano summits in record time. Why couldn’t I just have helped you out from the start? Why couldn’t the eagles just fly the ring to Mount Doom to begin with? Because that would have been a much shorter film, for starters!Blake: Elwood, nobody understands it when you make these references.->->-> Oh man, the summit of the mountain is looming. The secret of the mountain will be revealed! It’s gotta be a mummy, right? Please let it be a mummy. I want to punch a mummy so bad.Elwood: What do you have against mummies?Blake: I’m sure most of them are perfectly charming remains, it’s just… when you were a kid, did you ever see Denver Smith and the Tomb of Ruin? Well remember when he escapes the palace through the tunnels and ends up in the hidden tomb, and then the cultists awaken the mummy, and his gun falls into the bottomless pit so he has to punch it? The mummy, not the pit.That is simultaneously the funniest and most thrilling moment I have ever experienced; well, I guess except for magic camp, that was pretty cool, too. My point is, though, I have been through so many tombs trying to recreate that. I want my Denver Smith moment, damn it.Saggitarius: It does sound rather satisfying....Blake: So let’s get up that damn volcano and punch a mummy! -
