For those who haven't seen the anime, Genkai is a small person with a big personality who has had a long and tough life, but did not let that drag her down. She knows fighting well and does not hesitate to let her opinions be known. Even in her old age she is quick witted, no nonsense, old grandma who plays video games like a boss.
